For more than two decades, my work has included leadership, coaching, mentoring, program development, and people-centered roles supporting individuals, couples, and teams through transition, growth, communication, direction-building, and meaningful change.

 

That experience shapes a coaching approach built around calm presence, practical structure, strategic thinking, and intentional future-building.

 

My academic background includes a B.S. in Psychology – Life Coaching and an M.A. in Human Services Counseling – Life Coaching, both completed with a 4.0 GPA.
