Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers before you take the next step.
What happens on a Clarity Call?
A Clarity Call is a focused 20-minute conversation to understand what you are working toward, what you are building, and how coaching and strategic support can help you move forward. We will also discuss which pathway can best support the work ahead.
Do I need to know which program is right for me?
No. You do not need to choose a pathway before you book. During the Clarity Call, we will look at what you are working toward and identify which pathway can best support the work ahead.
How long does coaching last?
Coaching typically begins with an initial 90-day engagement or strategic cycle. This creates enough time to clarify priorities, build useful structure, take action, and evaluate progress over time.

After the initial 90 days, the work may continue when ongoing support remains useful and aligned with your goals.
How is this different from therapy or counseling?
George Gumbrell Coaching provides coaching and strategic support focused on decisions, goals, leadership, communication, structure, and forward movement.

It does not provide therapy, counseling, diagnosis, mental health treatment, crisis care, or any other clinical service. When clinical or crisis support is needed, a licensed professional or appropriate emergency resource is the right path.
Do you work with couples?
Yes. Legacy Built is designed for couples who want stronger communication, deeper alignment, clearer shared priorities, and a stronger sense of partnership as they build what comes next together.

This is coaching, not couples therapy, mediation, or legal support.
Do you work with groups or organizations?
Yes. George welcomes select group coaching and organizational engagements focused on leadership development, team alignment, communication, staff engagement, and strategic direction.

The scope and structure are tailored to the needs of the group or organization and discussed directly.
Is pricing listed publicly?
No. Program investment is discussed during the Clarity Call once we understand your goals and the level and structure of support that would be most appropriate.
Where do sessions happen?
Clarity Calls and most coaching sessions are held virtually by Zoom. Select group or organizational engagements may be structured differently based on the needs of the engagement.
What happens after I book?
You’ll receive a Calendly confirmation email and calendar invitation with the Zoom link. During booking, you’ll answer a few brief questions so the conversation can be focused and useful.
What if I’m not sure I’m ready?
You do not need to have every detail figured out before you book. If you are seriously considering coaching and want to understand what focused support could look like, a Clarity Call is a useful place to begin.
