Coaching Is Not Therapy or Clinical Treatment

 

George Gumbrell Coaching does not provide therapy, counseling, diagnosis, mental health treatment, crisis care, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any licensed clinical service.

 

Coaching is future-focused, collaborative, and action-oriented. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, or crisis support.

 

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, crisis, or safety concern, contact emergency services, a licensed professional, or an appropriate crisis resource in your area.

 

No Guaranteed Results

 

Coaching can support clarity, structure, accountability, and intentional progress, but results are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on many factors, including personal effort, follow-through, circumstances, timing, and decisions made by the client.

 

Client Responsibility

 

Clients remain responsible for their own choices, actions, decisions, and results. Coaching conversations may include reflection, strategy, perspective, and suggested next steps, but all decisions and actions remain the responsibility of the client.

 

Clarity Calls

 

A Clarity Call is a focused introductory conversation. It is not therapy, counseling, crisis support, or a full coaching session.

 

A coaching relationship does not begin until both parties agree to work together and any required agreement, payment, onboarding, and scheduling steps are completed.

 

Confidentiality

 

George Gumbrell Coaching treats client conversations with care and discretion. However, confidentiality may be limited by legal, ethical, safety, or business recordkeeping obligations.

Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

 

Program investment, payment timing, cancellation terms, and any applicable refund terms are discussed before enrollment and included in the client coaching agreement.

 

Because coaching services reserve time, preparation, and program capacity, payment and cancellation terms may vary by engagement and are confirmed before paid work begins. No paid coaching relationship begins until the coaching agreement is completed and the first required payment is received.
